John Ng, C.A., CPA – Chief Financial Officer
is Chief Financial Officer of Tenth Power Technologies Corporation. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with extensive specialization in Corporate Finance. John has strong operational and financial skills and a successful track record in driving shareholder value for publicly traded and privately held companies. Since 2006, he has been CFO for two TSXV companies: Telehop Communications and Schneider Power. At Telehop, he delivered operational efficiencies through aggressive cost restructuring. At Schneider Power, he was instrumental in the successful IPO in 2008 and subsequent sale to a U.S. renewable energy company in early 2010. He has a proven history in mergers and acquisitions; accounting, compliance and reporting integrity; realizing operational efficiencies and internal controls; P&L management and team leading; tax planning and processing; and delivering shareholder value.
Wayne McDowell – General Manager
is an experienced IT / security professional, having spent more than 25 years as senior operations, technical and security engineer specializing in creating and implementing high-performance strategies. Wayne possesses in-depth knowledge of business processes, security procedures and policy development, infrastructure security, and applicaiton development processes. He applies his excellent problem-determination skills with familiarity with technology to determine timely resolutions to challenges associated with unexpected events. His background includes extensive business management, technical knowledge and experience with improving productivity and service through technological improvements, and managing customer expectations through development of efficient processes and teams with businesses and sectors.
Cam Johnston – Senior Vice-President Strategic Solutions
Mr. Johnston is the Senior Vice-President of Strategic Solutions and dedicates his time to WhiteHat – the wholly owned internet security & infrastructure services subsidiary. Cam possesses a unique blend of industry expertise and in-depth subject matter knowledge - honed from working with government, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies - to deliver highly business-focused results. He has more than 25 years’ experience in management, information technology, and risk management consulting and services. His entrepreneurial approach and experience was acquired through working for IBM leading an ecommerce integration firm, as a Partner at Ernst & Young, and as an independent consultant. He has acquired significant subject matter expertise in a range of industries including insurance, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, government biopharma and critical infrastructures. He possesses a unique combination of skills that enable him to communicate and operate effectively with business, technology, legal and risk management professionals.
