Guy Burry, BA. ICD.D - Chief Executive Officer,
President
Mr. Burry brings an in-depth knowledge and board level experience
within the financial services, software development, manufacturing, and
environmentally compatible technology sectors. Guy as held titles
such as Vice President, Investment Products with Footprint Software and
Chief Information Officer with SEI Financial Services. Guy has a B. A.
from York University. He was in the first graduating class of the
Institute of Corporate Directors Governance College at the Rotman School,
attaining his ICD.D designation in 2004. Guy currently sits on York
University's Board of Governors and he is Chair of the University's
Pension Fund Investment Committee, a member of the Audit and Investment
committees as well as a pension fund trustee. He is also Chair of the
York University Alumni Association Board of Directors. Guy holds
directorships and advisory positions with a number of other
organizations: Canadian Technology Transfer Fund Inc.; Change Canada
Charitable Foundation Advisory Board; Midloch Foundation; National Angel
Organization (Member, Founding 100); The Taylor Statten Camping Bursary
Fund; Vice-Chair Toronto Atmospheric Fund; and a number of private
corporations.
Simon Meredith, B.Sc. – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Meredith has more than 25 years of success in strategic financial
management for several companies in various industries. He specializes in
merger/acquisitions, banking solutions, investor relations and the
creation of sound financial infrastructure to support emerging
businesses. Mr. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Manchester, England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales.
Dennis Bernhard – SVP Business Affairs
Mr. Bernhard has 24 years of experience in the financial services
industry where he has been a senior executive with Merrill Lynch,
Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank with postings in London, Tokyo, New
York, Paris and Toronto. Since 2001, Mr. Bernhard has been involved in
investing and advising a number of established and start-up companies in
operations efficiency and finance. Areas of interest include
manufacturing, mining and metal processing, waste clean-up, gas treating,
software solutions and networks. Mr. Bernhard acts as an advisor to
BioTeq Environmental Technologies Inc. and is acting Chairman of Cansolv
Technologies Inc. Mr. Bernhard was acting CEO of Tenth Power Technologies
Inc. prior to it’s acquisition by Tenth Power Technologies Corp. in 2007.
